Unlike many in the industry who rely on subcontracted trades, we've invested in building a fully integrated, in-house team comprising highly qualified HVAC technicians, licensed plumbers, and accredited electricians. Our operations are anchored in Mount Waverley, where our warehouse and logistics centre supports seamless service delivery across Victoria. From initial consultation and product selection to on-site installation and direct rebate processing, we offer a complete, end-to-end solution under the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) scheme.

The strength of our offering is further underpinned by our installation division. Our plumbing arm is led by a veteran with over 40 years of trade experience, including academic tenure as a lecturer at Victoria University. The heads of our HVAC and electrical divisions each bring more than a decade of hands-on knowledge, ensuring all work is carried out in line with best practice and Australian Standards. We also hold comprehensive Public Liability Insurance (Policy No. BZ29361CMB), ensuring additional assurance and protection for our clients and stakeholders.
