Meet the Team

Unlike many in the industry who rely on subcontracted trades, we've invested in building a fully integrated, in-house team comprising highly qualified HVAC technicians, licensed plumbers, and accredited electricians. Our operations are anchored in Mount Waverley, where our warehouse and logistics centre supports seamless service delivery across Victoria. From initial consultation and product selection to on-site installation and direct rebate processing, we offer a complete, end-to-end solution under the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) scheme.

Our Industry Experience

Our sales and program management team brings extensive experience and a deep understanding of the regulatory and operational landscape of the VEU program. Several members have been actively engaged in the industry for more than a decade — with our most senior consultant contributing over 15 years of frontline experience, and others with 5 to 10 years' tenure. This cumulative expertise allows us to provide well-informed, tailored advice that aligns with individual client objectives, ensuring both technical suitability and financial benefit.

Our Technical Expertise

The strength of our offering is further underpinned by our installation division. Our plumbing arm is led by a veteran with over 40 years of trade experience, including academic tenure as a lecturer at Victoria University. The heads of our HVAC and electrical divisions each bring more than a decade of hands-on knowledge, ensuring all work is carried out in line with best practice and Australian Standards. We also hold comprehensive Public Liability Insurance (Policy No. BZ29361CMB), ensuring additional assurance and protection for our clients and stakeholders.

As an Accredited Provider (AP) under the VEU program, RJL A Group is authorised to process rebate claims directly. This eliminates third-party delays, improves process transparency, and guarantees maximum rebates are passed through to our customers — promptly and in full.
